At certain times we do get very busy so please feel free to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please double check our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Risk Document, Words of Wisdom & Advice, Personal Safety & Experience before going on to completing the separate booking form.
When you do make a booking : A non refundable 30% deposit along with a completed booking form are required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Security deposits (£150 per canoe or kayak) are paid before you leave us in cash only – this is not banked. This is refunded when boats & all equipment hired are returned undamaged and clean. Any extra cleaning required will be charged for. Shuttle costs are paid for at the time of the pick up – preferably in cash.
