To book with us, please fill in the attached Word format Booking Form and return this to us by e-mail or print it off and post the form to us

A non refundable 30% deposit along with a completed booking form are required to confirm the booking.  This can be paid online from the link below The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Security deposits (£150 per canoe or kayak) are paid before you leave us in cash or cheque only. This is refunded  when boats & all equipment hired are returned undamaged  and clean. Any extra cleaning required will be charged for. Shuttle costs are paid for at the time of the pick up – preferably in cash.

tariffs : all canoe & kayak prices for 2025 can be downloaded here on our handy price guides. If you have any questions regarding these, please call us on (00 + 44) (0) 1397772467. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

To book with us, please fill in the attached Word format Booking Form and return this to us by e-mail or print it off and post the form to us. We prefer not to receive booking forms which are scanned from smart /  iPhones, etc.

shuttle costs : this is paid for at the time of the pick-up – preferably in cash.

confirmation of bookings : receipt a payment and invoice will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of your confirmed booking.  We do not take provisional bookings but will “pencil in” a hire on clients behalf for a maximum of 7 days only. Your final balance is paid 4 weeks prior to arrival – either online using the payment link below or by GB cheque.

Payments for deposits, balances of full payments can be made by  :

  •   Internet banking or bank transfer (BACs) : | Our banking details can be found here – this is our preferred method of payment.
  •   Credit or Debit Card : | Bookings can be paid online through Worldpay. Please see the payment window below under paying your balance where payments can be made securely using most major credit cards.
  •  Cheque : | If you would like to pay by cheque please email us and make the payment to: Snowgoose Mountain Centre, Station Road, Corpach, Fort William, Highlands, PH33 7JH.
